ZW-BBGL01 Portable Glove Leak Tester

Working Principle

The ZW-BBGL01 Glove Leak Tester injects sterile air at a certain pressure (between 500-1000) into the glove. Within 10 seconds (temperature change must not exceed 0.3), the glove pressure fluctuation should not exceed ±2~±10. It determines whether the glove is leaking by the degree of pressure decay.

Functionality

Inflate and seal the glove cuff connector or the opening of a single glove, then perform the leak test. Connect the glove leak tester to the pressure hose and inject pressure into the glove cuff connector. The glove leak tester maintains a pressure of 600 throughout the entire test period. At this point, any potential holes in the glove cuff connector are opened due to the pressure. The final test cycle of the glove leak tester takes into account the expansion characteristics of different glove forms and materials. As shown below:
